BRIEF HISTORY OF OUR RESTAURANT

Sam’s Pizza is arguably one of the best pizza restaurants in Iowa City having served the City residents since 1991. The owner, Terry French, bought Sam’s Pizza in 1991 and then moved the business a block further north of the restaurant’s current location. Terry had a dream of distributing what he believed to be the best pizza in Iowa City, and true to his dream, the company’s pizzas are undoubtedly the best in Iowa City. Beginning as a small company only managing to do a handful of pizza sales in Iowa City, such is not the case today. Top-quality, affordable pizzas made with unique taste and properly delivered to customers have transformed our restaurant into the biggest pizza franchise in Iowa City. Today, Sam’s Pizza is Iowa’s most preferred pizza choice for many residents of the city.
